CWC-Profile is a first-party cookie created by CWC to store site settings. If Google Analytics is enabled, Google may set additional analytics cookies. External services such as maps and translation may also process connection data under their own policies when used.
Optional analytics cookies
Google Analytics helps us understand how the site is used and where it can be improved. When enabled, it may collect information such as: Google Analytics

Analytics is optional and does not affect weather features. Google processes analytics data according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Required CWC-Profile cookie
CWC-Profile stores your site preferences as JSON, including language, weather units, map, theme, autocomplete, and accessibility settings. Its User ID may be used to associate visit counts.
The cookie expires after 90 days, with the expiry renewed whenever a preference changes. Deleting it resets all stored CWC preferences. It may be created again when you continue using the site.
